You can order with confidence! When you make a purchase directly from BEAUTIDE , it comes at no risk to you. If your BEAUTIDE product doesn’t provide you with the results you are looking for, you can return the product to us and get your money back — excluding shipping and handling.
If you purchased your BEAUTIDE product from a retailer, you will need to return it to that retailer for your refund and comply with that retailer’s returns policies. We do not accept returns of products purchased from retailers.

And returning your product is easy. For return instructions and an authorization number, please email support@beautidelife.com. Please return the unused portion within 30 days of receiving the product. A complete refund (excluding shipping and handling) will promptly be issued once we receive the unused portion of the product plus packaging and a proof of purchase.
